Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 16 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.

I’m at a point where I have lost all the water weight and my body fat is dropping. I’m still losing inches and body fat but not necessarily losing a lot of weight any more. After my first cycle I’m looking better and feeling better too.

Working my bicepts for a short run on Sunday left my bicept workout pretty weak on Tuesday.

I hit the following but forgot to log the reps and sets (I went as long as I could but I was really weak for the entire workout. I felt great but just didn’t have any strength.):

Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 15 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.

I woke up before my alarm went off this morning for my weight loss routine. That is a good sign that my body is getting into a normal routine. Considering that my alarm goes off at 4:35 AM I think this is pretty good.

I felt like a machine today in the gym. My energy levels are through the roof right now and it has been about an hour since I finished my workout!

I’m getting ready to grab a protein shake and my vitamins then head out to work.

Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 14 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.

Sunday is usally a day to rest but I work up feeling so good today I HAD to get into the gym.

It looks like last weeks workout and weight loss antics did a fine job and I have recovered nicely.

I hit the gym today and felt amazing.

I did 40 minutes on the heavy bag.

10 Minutes on the Eliptical machine.

And I did a quick bicept workout. I have perticularly week bicepts for my size so today was a little shocker for my back an bicept workout on Tuesday.

My wife and I spent the day together and I didn’t work out today…

I did notice something though… my head was stuffier than it usually is, and it stayed that way all day.

It certainly wasn’t as bad as it was when I weighed 248 pounds but it sure was different than what I have become used to when I work out.

Friday… ah… The weekend is almost here…

So last night I self medicated with some Cognac. After a remarkably sore few days I thought a rocks glass with some cognac would be appropriate for my hard work.

The beauty of working out and purifying your body is this great thing… you become a REALLY cheap date.. LOL

I had one rocks glass of my favorite Cognac (Courvoisier VSOP) and was completely off my rocker in short order.

This brings me to wondering about the affects of alcohol on weight loss systems. I’ll have to blog on that another time.

Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 11 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.

Oh god… I can’t move…

LOL…

Wow I’m really hurting today… and the only cure is to get to the gym and move (600 milligrams of advil helps too hehe).

My workout today was to run. Honestly I felt pretty crumby before I got to the gym. So I ran and at 20 minutes I decided to run some more… and at 40 minutes I ran even more.

I felt like Forest Gump… It was good… the first 20 was absolutely brutal… but once my blood started to flow and I was worried about he burning in my legs… the burning in my arms and chest didn’t seem to matter any more… hehe

Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 10 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.

So the soreness of yesterdays workout is pretty brutal…

This is the first day after a heavy workout and usually you get a free day before it really hurts. Tomorrow I’ll be paying heavy for the intense workout yesterday.

Today I started my workout with some advil. heheh

Then I took it light and ran for 20 minutes then did some laps in the pool for another 30 minutes.

Regarding the movement: I am trying to get the blood flowing and after moving I certainly feel better but I’m still feeling very sore already… so tomorrow will be very bad…

Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 6 and 7 of my first 90 day cycle

Day 6 was supposed to be a cardio day, but other things came up. I did learn something valuable though. I put off going to the gym til the afternoon rather than going first thing in the morning. Whoops! Guess who called. That’s right. My boss. And now I’m going to work rather than the gym.

Let that be a lesson. Anything and everything will come up at anytime of the day. If I want to ensure that I get my workout, I’ve got to go first thing in the morning before distractions come along. This is again motivation for getting out of bed early and taking care of me. Yesterday’s workout was a bust, but I’m not worried. Wednesday brings day 7 and the conclusion to my first week.
