<p>How to reduce your body fat to its lowest possible point begins first with understanding how your body burns fat. To <a href="http://www.childishenergy.com">lose fat quickly</a> you will need to be armed with this information. With it you will be able to avoid &#8220;fad&#8221; type diets that really do more harm than good in the long run. Additionally, you will be in the right mind set to reduce your body fat at a rapid rate.</p>
<p>The first key to lose body fat quickly is to help your body detox. What do toxins have to do with weight loss? Good question I&#8217;m glad you asked!</p>
<p>Because our culture is knee deep in manufactured foods, acid increases in your body as you go through your daily routine. Just about everything we eat in a wrapper creates acid or toxins in some way or another. Additionally the current agriculture system has had some hand in adding to our plight. Farming relies more and more on chemicals to keep the vegetation looking healthy, but not being healthy.  But these are another blog. For now suffice it to say that there is a LOT of crap we put into our bodies, and all that turns into toxicity that your body fights by storing it in fat.</p>
<p>We get letters and comments from our subscribers that sound something like this: &#8220;No matter what I do I just can&#8217;t seem to lose weight or reduce my body fat!&#8221;</p>
<p>The reason this happens when you are eating right, and working out but you don&#8217;t ever seem to lose weight is simple. Your PH balance is too acidic and your body is storing all of this in new fat cells.</p>
<p>If you want to reduce body fat in a hurry you must FORCE your body to perform its &#8220;fat storage process&#8221; in reverse. You see, when your body can&#8217;t eliminate toxins it stores them in a kind of jail. When your body can&#8217;t dump the bad stuff, the prison your body chooses for toxins in your body is fat.</p>
<p>When you behave in a way that will allow your body to remove toxins regularly and quickly you begin to reduce body fat at alarming rates. For many over weight losing 6% to 10% of their body fat in 8 to 12 weeks is pretty normal.</p>
<p>Talk of toxins is nice by the real question is: What do you need to do in order to lose body fat as fast as possible? Another great question!</p>
<p>The way to do this quickly and as painlessly as possible is to do the following.</p>
<ol>
<li><a href="http://www.childishenergy.com/2008/11/09/drink-water-lose-weight/"  rel="nofollow">Drink plenty of water to lose weight</a> (96 ounces a day. This helps your body flush toxins through elimination via sweat and urine.)</li>
<li>Increase your intake of green leafy vegetables. A large salad for lunch is ideal.  (These create alkalinity that reduces Acid.)</li>
<li>Reduce low quality carbohydrates you consume. (Yes, eat carbs, but pay attention to what kind of carbs you&#8217;re eating. A good rule of thumb is this. If it is white avoid it.)</li>
<li>Get Some Cardio. 10 minutes a day is a great start.  (Running, biking, stairs, chasing the kids at the park.)</li>
<li>Lift Weights at least 4 times a week. 1 day Upper Body, 1 day Lower Body,  1 Day Upper Body, 1 day Lower Body. (Adding lean muscle is the only way to make your weight drop permanently.)</li>
<li>Change the way you think by reversing most of your decisions. Example: If you don&#8217;t feel like going to the gym, tell yourself you have to or you will be miserable for the rest of your life. (In this way you attach pain to NOT doing what you know you should.) Do the same thing with food. <strong>Attach Pain Before&#8230; not Guilt After</strong>&#8230; Feeling Guilty won&#8217;t make you lean. Attaching pain BEFORE you make decision is the only way to beat this.</li>
<li>Measure your body fat and keep a log of it.
