<h2>Health supplements? Why would you take health supplements if you can just eat right?</h2>

Even though there is some real truth to this statement it is critical to ask yourself this question:</p>
<p>Are you really eating right? And there is really nothing wrong with avoiding supplements, if you feel amazing everyday and you really ARE eating high quality foods.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re in shape, feel good, have a positive state of mind, and cheerful disposition all the time (like I do). Then why should you use <a href="http://www.proleteri.com">health supplements</a>?</p>
<p>The truth is you probably don&#8217;t need them.</p>
<p>But on the other hand&#8230; If you&#8217;re like most people, you&#8217;re overweight, tired and probably on the verge of depression all the time&#8230;</p>
<p>If you feel like crap all the time and you&#8217;re not taking supplements are you sure you don&#8217;t need them?</p>
<p>If you are taking supplements but still feel like crap, are you sure they are the right ones?</p>
<p>I feel amazing all the time! Why?</p>
<p>Because I feed my mind, with healthy brain food. I get my body out and move it around at least 3 times a week with some high intensity work-outs. And, I feed my body the best supplements I could find, after years of searching, to be 100% sure it is getting EVERYTHING it needs to operate at its peak.</p>
<p>If your&#8217;e tired and feel like poop all day&#8230; you have to ask yourself&#8230; is this paradigm serving you well? Is avoiding health supplements really working out for you?</p>
<p>The truth is simple and here is a little story to help drive the point home.</p>
<p>I literelly spent years tired and filled with frustration and anger over how I felt. During my teen years I always fell asleep in class, and as I got older I worried about losing my job because my performance was less than stellar because I was tired and listless all the time.</p>
<p>When I went to the doctor about it they just prescribed a bunch of medication at first they tried <span class="ggNormal">Tricyclics, and after that anti-depressants. I wasn&#8217;t depressed (or at least I didn&#8217;t think so&#8230;) I was tired!</span></p>
<p>So this prompted me to start looking at alternatives to drugs&#8230; and the natural course was to find 1 brain food that kept me mentally stimulated (good entertainment with positive messages) and 2 nutrition.</p>
<p>What I discovered was this  in a nut-shell.</p>
<p>Our agricultural system harvests food early to keep it &#8220;fresh&#8221; when delivering it to the markets. And in doing so the nutritional value of our veggies and fruits falter.</p>
<p>Additionally our animals are injected with lots of harmful stuff that ends up in our bodies when we eat them.</p>
<p>And finally all the toxins and polutants in the air and land end up in the foods we eat through many different devices.</p>
<p>So I asked myself&#8230; am I 100% sure that I&#8217;m giving my body what it needs&#8230; The litmas test for this was simple.</p>
<p>How was I feeling? In short If I felt like crap I was missing something.</p>
<p>And when I finally found the products that worked for me I started using them as if my life depeneded on it&#8230;</p>
<p>Once I found the health supplements that worked for me I became more stable emotionally, and physically I felt a little better than normal all the time.</p>
<p>So I increased my use of them and my understanding of them until I found exactly what I needed to feel AMAZING EVERY DAY.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t beleive the dogma about vitamins and health supplements being useless because you can just eat well.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t feel good ALL THE TIME then something is a miss and I would BET money that it is a deficientcy in critical vitamins, minerals, and nutrition that the food you&#8217;re eating is lacking.</p>
