Today brings the good news section of how to eat properly for your
new lifestyle. The benefits are astounding. You will never be
hungry and you’ll have energy to spare, or to use in the gym.

You will lose weight. You will lose fat. You will gain lean muscle.
You will have energy. You will enjoy this.

You have to eat if you want to lose weight. Plain and simple. When
you eat the right foods throughout the course of your day, you will
find that you are satisfied and energized all the time.

Yes you will lose weight if you starve yourself, but you lose lean
muscle, not fat. Remember just because you are losing weight
doesn’t mean that you are losing fat.

Muscle helps dictate metabolism. Muscles burn calories because they
are metabolically active. Energy is passing in and out of muscle
tissues every second, every movement, with every smile and every
sneeze. Your muscles are continuously using energy supplies.

When you starve yourself by not consuming enough calories, your
body doesn’t react they way you might think. We are not grizzly
bears that feed off of fat reserves during the winter hibernation.
Your body reacts much differently.

If you consume insufficient calories, your body does two things
that are detrimental to healthy weight loss. Your body goes into
survival mode. It begins to shed muscle, because muscle requires
food to create energy for maintenance.

By burning muscle, your brain gets the nutrition that it needs to
function and your body gets rid of what uses the most calories for
daily maintenance. You need calories for survival and your body
will use the best source, muscle, first.

Your body also stores away the fats. Fat is used for survival also,
in times of famine. This is encoded in your DNA. Your body worked
hard to supply the fat cells with reserves and these reserves are
the last thing that your body wants to give up.

When you starve yourself, your body is depleting it’s muscle and
still trying to store all of the calories you consume in it’s fat
cells to survive through this time of malnutrition.

Yes you lose weight. Muscle weight. However, you are now retaining
more fat than ever before.

This results in a soft, flabby appearance. Your skin will start to
hang off of your body and you will look loose. Not tight, firm nor
toned.

You don’t want this and by eating often and properly you can change
this.

The only way to lose fat is to maintain lean muscle. You can
maintain lean muscle by feeding it the proper foods at the proper
times.

You need to eat. You need to eat often. You need to eat protein,
carbohydrates and fat. And thankfully, you need to eat junk food.

Welcome to eating for life 101. This is perhaps the most easy to
maintain diet ever. Because you are not dieting. You are eating
properly. However, you can have your cake and eat it too. I’ll show
you why.

Keep things simple and you will get results. Don’t add complexity
where it isn’t necessary. You will need to follow a few basic
guidelines.

First Rule of Eating For Life
Drink. As we talked about before, water is key. Caffeine is great
too. Unsweetened tea, hot or cold, coffee without milk, and any
other no calorie beverages that you like. Diet soda is OK in
moderation. Shoot for a gallon of no calorie beverages daily, and
use water for most of it.

Stay away from milk, sodas, fruit juice and other calorie/sugar
rich beverages. Sucrose glucose, fructose and lactose are your
enemy.

Second Rule of Eating For Life
Eat 4-5 meals per day, every 4-5 hours. Eat an equal portion of
protein, low GI carbohydrates, and vegetables. Keep things simple
by eating the same few meals over and over again.

This prevents to much planning and decision making. Simplicity
yields great results. Let your plan revolve around a few basic
ingredients from your protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable source.
This eliminates confusion and provides clarity.

Third Rule of Eating For Life
Understand the Glycemic Index. Carbohydrates are not bad. Simple
carbohydrates are bad. Any food or drink that contains sugar,
fructose, glucose, lactose, or any other “-ose” is not on your plan.

Simple carbohydrates are also found in starches like white bread,
potatoes, pasta, cereal, breading on fried foods, and rice. These
items all rank high on the glycemic index.

These carbs are immediately digested and turned into sugar so your
body can use them. When they turn into sugar, your body releases
insulin, and stores these sugars as fat to keep your blood sugar
levels even.

Conversely, low GI carbs digest slowly. Slow digestion prevents the
release of insulin, keeps you satisfied, and helps maintain
consistent energy levels.

Fourth Rule of Eating For Life
Take a day off. Not just take a day off, but eat as much of the
sweets and junk food that you have been avoiding all week. This has
an amazing affect on fat loss and metabolism.

Your body will get accustomed to your new style of eating. It will
adapt to the changes that you make if you don’t add weekly
variation. So eat cake and candy and ice cream and pizza to excess.

This dramatic increase in calories keeps you satisfied mentally and
gets you through a disciplined week. At the end of the week you
have a day to indulge or fit it into your week for social outings
and merriment (drinking).

It also increases your metabolism by insuring that your body
doesn’t adjust to the same things day after day. Taking a free day
keeps your body guessing and revs up your metabolism for the coming
week.

It is a necessary mental and metabolic break that makes this eating
lifestyle sustainable for extended periods of time.

That’s it for rules. You can use this plan for your everyday life.
You can use it permanently to lose mass amounts of fat. You can use
it for a few weeks to lose 10 extra holiday pounds. You can use it
to build muscle. You can introduce it to kids. The possibilities
are endless.

Just keep it simple. Stay away from sugars and white carbs except
for your day off. Eat the same meals over and over. Too many
options gives you the opportunity to make an exception “just this
once” and that can turn into unknowing deviation.

And if you get off track just get back on. Once you experience how
easy this is you will see how you can get right back into your new
healthy habits.

And one more awesome thing to note. If you incorporate a
resistance/weight training routine into this plan, not only will
you see great gains in lean muscle, but you have given yourself a 1
hour time frame after a minimum 20 minute lifting session to eat
whatever you want.

Preferably lots of protein with any carbs of your choice. Eat a
steak sandwich or a burrito or a pizza with extra chicken. Go for
it. Your muscles will be hungry after your workout and they will
receive priority for energy replacement.

Don’t forget, you are what you eat 6 days a week so don’t go
overboard. Feed your muscles good foods and fats and they will
thank you for it.

Thanks and have another awesome day
Erick with Childish Energy

P.S. If eating often enough throughout the course of your day is
difficult at times, try this meal replacement shake to keep you on
track. Just substitute one of these when your tight on time and
only have a few minutes to knock out a meal.

Building strong, lean muscle is an important part of your fat loss
and energy increasing plan. And fortunately, getting stronger and
building muscle is much easier than most people think.

– A Quick Note:

If you are in a rush to begin building strong lean muscles
we have a product recommendation that will be useful to you.

It is called “Bulk & Muscle Formula Protein Drink Mix”.
It is designed to increase lean muscle mass when you
lift weights.

Get it here – http://www.shopherbalife.com/catalog/catalog.jsp?dsext=jfgrissom&pid=499910&cid=792842
Select different flavors with the drop down list below the
“Add To Cart” Button.

– Learn about lean muscle and why it is critical to your weight loss goals.

Once you have spent a few weeks doing some form of cardio consistently
and lowering your calories, you’ll find yourself craving more
productive workouts.

Seriously, the new energy and lifestyle you’ve created will start
to sink in and you’ll start to want to do more to further advance
your goals.

This is a turning point for you. Your mind and body will feel more
productive and you’ll want to keep striving to create more
successes in your life. So let’s add the next piece to the puzzle.

Building lean muscle will happen very quickly and the resulting fat
loss will be visible in no time. Though you may not see this
transformation because you are obsessed with it, the people around
you will certainly start to notice.

Family, friends and co-workers will begin remarking that you look
different. Have you lost weight? You look great. Wow, have you been
working out? This is motivation, it’s not time to stop creating the
habits that you’ve begun. It’s time to feed off this positive
energy and use it as fuel to keep yourself disciplined in your diet
and workouts.

So how do you build lean muscle? At this point in the game, you
want to incorporate weights into your routine on the days in
between your cardio workouts.

Simply lifting weights is not going to make you look like a
bodybuilder. That takes years of dedication to the gym and proper
diet. But, lifting weights will make you stronger and help you to
achieve that lean look that you’re striving for.

Lean muscle mass and weight loss may sound contradictory, but in
reality, building lean muscle is the best way to boost your
metabolism and lose fat. When you boost your metabolism, you burn
more calories.

When you incorporate weight lifting into your routine, your muscles
deplete their energy stores and muscle tissue begins to break down.
Your body will naturally begin to build stronger muscle and attempt
to replace the energy stores that you have used.

As your body realizes that it needs to replace this lost energy and
repair muscle tissue, it will begin to feed off of its fat
reserves. Fat will not produce energy if you just sit around
waiting for it to happen. Fat can only be metabolized, or converted
into energy when you create a need for it.

Now that your muscles need new sources of energy, they look
everywhere to find it. It takes your body a few days to repair and
restore muscle. This means that it is burning calories 24 hours a
day to mend the breakdown of muscle tissue. Even when you are
sleeping, your body’s metabolism is still on high burning calories.

Of course your body feeds itself off of the foods that you eat, but
once your stomach is empty and there is still repair work to be
done, it will attack your fat cells. They’ve been waiting for this.
That is why they are there in the first place.

As a child, you are constantly growing. This continuous growth can
only be sustained by having a high metabolism. Whatever you ate,
your body would use as fuel to build itself bigger.

And then you reach adulthood, probably sometime in your twenties,
and you stop growing. Your metabolism slows down, but it still
needs to find a place to put the calories that you are eating. This
results in fat.

Since your body is no longer growing like it did as a child, you
need to stay active and use your muscles to keep your body
metabolizing the foods that you eat. If you don’t, you will be
overweight.

But you can change this. Lifting weights is simply tricking your
muscles into growing, and growing triggers your body to burn
calories to repair itself. Say goodbye to the fat, because it’s not
going to be there much longer.

A good weight training routine revolves around one principal,
Progressive Overload. This is a gradual increase of stress placed
on your muscles. Each week in the gym you should be doing more than
you did the previous week.

Your workout will get easier the longer you do it. That means that
each week you need to make your workout a little bit harder. This
is progressive overload. Do more this week than you did the
previous.

Progressive overload is easy if you manipulate a few factors.
Either increase the weight you are lifting, strive to do more
repetitions, or simply take shorter rests between sets. That’s it.
Not very scientific is it?

There are as many workouts as there are fish in the sea. Just keep
in mind a few basic ideas as you begin your weight training routine.

You must warm-up before you start weight training. The last thing
you want is to injure yourself and warming your body up is how you
can prevent this.

Jump on a treadmill or an elliptical machine for 10 minutes before
you start your workout. Work hard enough to break a sweat. This
gets your blood pumping and your heart working. A 10 minute warm-up
lets your body know that a work out is on the way.

– In the next lesson we’ll talk about how to keep motivated by
measuring your progress. What should you be measuring? Is it
your weight? Is it your waist? Find out in the next lesson.

Have another awesome and energized day.
Erick with Childish Energy

PS:
To really increase your lean muscle it is real work. In fact it
is really hard work, but the pay-off is like hitting the lottery.

Because it is hard work and a lot of different things go into
making your body into a solid high powered machine it is important
to supplement correctly.

That is why we recommend “Bulk & Muscle Formula Protein Drink Mix”.
Getting everything you need in one shot can be a headache to prepare.
With this you can easily get it right every time.

Also it is a very special kind of protein mix. It has all the things
you would expect from a good protein shake. Amino acids but this
good and obsorbing the protein correctly.

deep muscle recovery. It also supports protein digestion and

You can focus on Feeling vibrant and alive by understanding how
Oxygenation forces your body to create more energy.

Forcing oxygen into your body creates a sense of wellbeing and it
(along with drinking a lot of water) also has been reported to
help clear your sinuses and increases your metabolism.

This increase in oxygen to the blood combined with enough water
and small amounts of caffeine throughout the day creates explosive
results in your energy.

– A quick note:

As always we do have a recommended product to help you kick
start the things we recommend you do. In this case we have
a product that will help you stay hydrated during your cardio
routine.

It is called H3O and it helps to replace electrolytes
needed to produce energy. These are often lost during cardio
and aerobic exercise.

You can get it here – http://www.shopherbalife.com/catalog/catalog.jsp?dsext=jfgrissom&pid=1184176124641&cid=792842
Use the drop down below the “Add to Cart” button to select flavors.

Additionaly here is a great audio from Zig Ziglar that discusses
goals and weight loss. He speaks specifically about running.

It is a little older but still relevant.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0743537262?ie=UTF8&tag=wwwchildishen-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=0743537262

– Here is the information you need to maximize your weight loss
with a solid cardio routine.

For this lesson we are going to focus on cardio vascular exercise,
often just called cardio.

If you could create more energy by working out 3 times a week
would it be worth it? To increase how good you feel every day only
takes about 1 hour a week. That is 1 hour out of the 168
available in a week.

According to the centers for desease and prevention control:

The percent of noninstitutionalized adults age 20 years and over
who are overweight or obese is 66.3%.

With 66% of Americans overweight, it seems that many of us
are not following any fitness guidelines, most of which suggest
2060 minutes of exercise 35 days a week.

How much is would it be worth to actually get out and make a
habit of this?

What could you do to make it fun?

Why is it worth your time to get out and do some cardio?

What is cardio?

Any exercise that raises your heart rate for a prolonged period
of time such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, rowing or
any of the numerous aerobic workouts.

So simply put cardio is raising your heart rate to a level
where it is working hard but is comfortable and can me maintained
for a prolonged period.

Why is Cardio important? The list is long but it is worth
knowing these things as a reminder to help keep motivated.

Because cardio:
– Increases your ability to burn calories which aides in
weight loss.
– Makes it easier to burn fat because it increases your lung
capacity. (Lungs bring in oxygen, oxygen is used to burn energy.)
– Reduces the amount of time it takes to recover from a workout
because it increases the amount of blood your body can deliver.
It does this by strengthening your heart, making it easier to
circulate your blood.
– Lowers your chances of heart attack by lowering your blood
pressure.
– Counters the affects of high cholesterol, high blood pressure,
and diabetes.
– It also reduces your chances of osteoporosis by increasing
bone density.
– Makes your body burn more fat in 2 ways. It improved muscle mass,
which burns more calories. And, you burn a lot of sugar along with
stored calories from fat during your cardio activity.

– Hightens your ability to produce more energy.

These three things all happen because cardio naturally releases
mood altering chemicals in your brain. Some call it a runner’s high.
But it amounts to these.
– It helps you sleep better.
– It makes you feel better.
– It helps reduce stress levels.

By doing cardio consistently you can raise your Metabolic Rate.
Studies have shown that with regular cardiovascular exercise
your resting metabolic level will increase.

This increase in your metabolic rate is one way in which cardio
can help you to lose weight.

A Strong heart is key to Good Health Your heart is a muscle.
Therefore working it makes it stronger. A stronger cardiovascular
system means more capillaries delivering more oxygen to cells in
your muscles.

This enables your cells to burn more fat during both exercise and
inactivity. Bottom line, you need cardio if you want to hit your
weight loss goals and lower your stress to manageable levels.

Where to begin?

Lets start with warming up and stretching.

A warmup of 5 to 10 minutes at low intensity will prepare your
muscles for exercise and get your heart rate up. Your goal is to
break a small sweat, get the blood circulating and your body
ready to move.

Any cardio equipment is good; treadmill, elliptical, bike,
stair climber, rower. If you don’t have access to these pieces
of equipment that is okay. Running, brisk walking, jumping rope,
chasing the kids, riding a bike. What ever works for you,
what ever you enjoy. Just get your body moving and your heart
rate up.

The right way to stretch is slow and relaxed. Do not bounce, this
can actually cause injury. You should stretch to the point of Mild
Tension, easy off if the stretch feels painful, remember stretching
is best preformed slow and relaxed.

Stretching is progressive, over time you will be able to achieve
more and more so don’t rush it. You should hold the stretch for a
minimum of 15 seconds each, without bouncing.

Breath slow and natural, do not hold your breathe while stretching.
Remember to relax. Try to stretch a little further with each stretch.
But only to the point of mild tension.

Stretching before exercise is good for preventing injury.
Stretching after exercise is good for lowing muscle pain and
increasing flexibility.

When beginning a fitness program, concentrate on good posture and
form before you work on increasing the intensity of your workout.
Proper form will allow you to work more efficiently and aid you
in avoiding injury.

If you are using walking for your workout, work on increasing the
number of minutes/miles walked in each session.

How to Begin:
1. Choose an activity that you enjoy. If its some thing
that you enjoy then you’ll probably do it. Walking is a
good place to start because you can do it any where and
it doesn’t require any special equipment.

Any of the things I mentioned earlier; treadmill, elliptical,
bike, stair climber, rower, running, brisk walking,
jumping rope, swimming, sports will also do.

2. Start with 2 or 3 days of your chosen activity a week with a
rest day between workouts.

3. Begin with a 510 minute warm up of light cardio to
gradually increase heart rate.

4. After your warm up, increase your pace and intensity to
slightly harder than comfortable. You may only be able to
exercise for a few minutes at a time, but that will quickly
change if you’re consistent. Exercise as long as possible
with the goal being a consistent 30 minutes, not including
the warn up and the cool down.

5. End each workout with a cool down of light cardio and stretch
the muscles you’ve worked for increasing flexibility and lowering
muscle pain.

6. Each week, increase your workout time by a few minutes until
you can work continuously for 30 minutes a session.

7. Don’t worry about distance or pace. For the first few weeks,
focus on showing up for your workouts and building time.
You have plenty of time to work on your speed and distance.

8. After 46 weeks, change your routine by adding another day
of exercise, increasing your pace/intensity, adding a new activity
and/or increasing the amount of time you exercise.

Ways you can improve your work out:

Proper clothing and footware for your chosen activity is a great start.

Easy does it, start slowly. Doing too much too soon can lead to injuries
and much pain.

Try new exercises. Doing the same thing can lead to weight loss
plateaus and boredom.

Be prepared for exercise by feeding your body regularly throughout the
day and by staying hydrated.

If you’re sore or tired, give yourself extra recovery day if needed.

Stretching is always good.

Find a buddy/partner, some one who has similar goals, who’ll help to
motivate you.

– In the next lesson you will learn why lean muscle mass is the target
you should be aiming for. Lean mass heps to burn the fat and it
makes you Feel powerful both mentally and physically.

Have another awesome and energized day.
Erick with Childish Energy

PS:
It is good to note that running depletes your body of electrolytes.

They are needed to produce high levels of energy. These are often lost
during cardio and aerobic exercise. So be sure to pay close attention to it.

The product we recommend for replacing your electrolytes is called H3o and
it comes in some great flavors.

You can get it here – http://www.shopherbalife.com/catalog/catalog.jsp?dsext=jfgrissom&pid=1184176124641&cid=792842
Use the drop down below the “Add to Cart” button to select flavors.

The adio I mentioned previously is really interesting and motivating.
It discusses goals and weight loss. Zig speaks specifically about running
and is a very entertaining educator.

It is a little older but still relevant.

Learn the key distinction that is the absolute difference between
losing weight and regaining it back or Losing It Permanently!

– A Quick Note:

If you don’t think you’re not prepared to hit the weights just yet
we recommend you reduce your calories to jump start your weight loss.

But when you do this you have to be careful to keep a balance of
protein and nutrition so we recommend a meal replacement called
“Formula 1″.

Get it here – http://www.shopherbalife.com/catalog/catalog.jsp?dsext=jfgrissom&pid=62414&cid=792835
Select different flavors with the drop down list below the
“Add To Cart” Button.

– Why NOT Losing Weight isn’t such a bad thing!?

In order to feel good about the hard work you are doing you need to
see results. To lose the weight you want and see lasting results
understanding the difference between weight loss and fat loss is key.

To see your weight loss clearly you must not obsess over your bathroom
scale, rely more on visual stimulus, and your pay attention to your
sense of well-being.

The difference between fat loss and weight loss is critical to
getting your body into the shape you have always dreamed about.

Taking measurements is the best way to see the results of your fat
loss plan. Just because your weight has not changed does not mean
that fat isn’t being lost.

If you are eating properly, drinking plenty of water, and working
out something interesting happens. You will get smaller, but your
weight loss slows down.

To grasp this concept, let’s take a closer look at lean muscle. Why
do we call it lean muscle? Correct, it has no fat. The lack of fat
creates greater density.

Muscle is actually 3 times as dense as fat. That means that 3
pounds of muscle occupies the same space as 1 pound of fat.

(This helps to visualize this idea.)

1 pound of muscle = O
1 pound of fat = OOO

5 pounds of muscle = OOOOO
5 pounds of fat = OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

After looking at 5 pounds of fat, you can see how fat can start
to completely consume your shape. For a true to life example,
take a look in the butcher section of your favorite grocery
store. 1 pound of bacon, which on average is 50% fat,
occupies twice as much space as 1 pound of lean meat such as
filet mignon.

So don’t be so consumed with the almighty scale. With proper diet,
water, and exercise, you will reach a point where weight loss slows
down. But that doesn’t mean you have stopped losing fat. You have
also started building muscle.

As your body begins to build muscle, not superhero bodybuilder
muscle, but lean toned and defined muscle, it will begin to add
lean mass. This is what you want to achieve.

Not only does that muscle give you more energy to move through your
day and allow you to have more intense workouts, but it also has an
affect on your metabolism.

Adding muscle will make your body feel lighter… This goes a long
way toward helping you get up and get moving everyday.

Each pound of muscle in your body burns between 35-50 calories
daily just to maintain itself. 5 pounds of muscle will burn at
least 1,200 calories on a weekly basis.

One of the things you must be careful of when it comes to losing
weight and fat is knowing when to reduce calories and when to just
replace bad calories with good ones.

The equation is simple if you want to lose weight with diet alone.
Eat less calories than your body will naturally use in a day. If
you are not exercising, you must be very strict in monitoring where
these calories come from.

Let’s say that you need 2,000 calories to maintain current body
weight. These 2,000 calories are burned daily through normal
metabolic processes.

If you consume more calories than you burn, your body will store
the extra calories as fat for use at a later time. An extra 3,500
calories turns into one pound of fat in your body.

However, if you take in less calories than you need , your body
will burn fat to maintain normal daily functions. A 500 calorie
daily reduction results in a pound of fat being lost in a week.

You have to be careful where your calories come from, especially if
you’re not exercising. Avoid calories high on the Glycemic Index
(GI) like those found in sodas, candy, even fruit and juices. These
calories come from sucrose, glucose, and fructose. All of which are
simple sugars.

The Glycemic Index (GI) measures the effect of foods on your blood
sugar levels. This is critical information that you need to know to
lose fat.

When your blood sugar levels are high, your pancreas releases
insulin, a storage hormone, to help your body process the sugars.
Insulin allows the sugars, or glucose, to be stored by your cells.
Particularly fat cells.

Your body will burn the glucose first, giving you a sugar rush and
leaving the fat behind. The glucose is already in your fat cells.
Any unused sugar is then easily converted into fat. Your fat cells
enlarge and weight gain increases. This is counterproductive.

The benefits of eating foods low on the GI are many. Foods with a
low GI rating are digested more slowly. They don’t heighten your
blood sugar levels, which we already know triggers an invasion of
insulin.

With less insulin present, your body burns the low GI calories
rather than storing them. And they provide real, sustained energy.
You won’t get that sugar high and then crash. You’ll stay constant
all day. And you’ll be full. That slow breakdown is satisfying.

Again, you must be cautious here and truly understand this
information. Just because carbs are OK, doesn’t mean you can go
crazy. Everything in moderation. Don’t eat a heaping plate of
spaghetti. Eat a side dish of whole wheat pasta.

You can use a general tell all to know if a food ranks high on the
GI. Overly sweet fruits and vegetables, such as pineapple, raisins,
and carrots have a high GI. They rank right up there with pure sugar.

Any white carbohydrate ranks high as well. Stay away from potatoes,
white bread and regular pasta. These are all simple carbohydrates
that easily convert to sugar. It is also easy to eat this foods in
excess as they are satisfying.

Keep these ideas in mind. We will provide specific information on
diet and the Glycemic Index in the coming newsletters.

Presented today are a few concepts that you need to familiarize
yourself with. It is a lot of information and we will help you
achieve a greater understanding during the next few emails.

The more you know the wiser you grow.

Here is a quick recap of the information provided today.

-Visual measurements are better than relying on you scale.

-Fat loss changes your shape as much as weight loss.

-Each pound of toned, lean muscle will bun 35-50 calories daily.

-One pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories.

-Muscle is 3 times as dense as fat.

-Simple sugars ranked high on the Glycemic Index (GI) promote fat
growth.

-Complex carbohydrates ranked low on the GI keep you energized and
lowers your blood sugar levels.

-Lower blood sugar inhibits the release of insulin which stores
calories in your fat cells.

-Keep up the good work. Don’t get overwhelmed in the information.
Clarity comes with practice.

So be thinking about what it takes to get lifting weights. Add
weight lifting into your daily routine, alone with cardio.

Bill Phillips wrote a great book that is both simple and clear
on how you should be working out. It is pretty intense but it is
worth doing.

You can get “Body for Life: 12 Weeks to Mental and Physical Strength”
here – http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0060193395?ie=UTF8&tag=wwwchildishen-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=0060193395

– In the next lesson we will discuss the power of your cardio
workout and how it will help you increase your energy levels.

Have another awesome and energized day.

PS:
So if you’re not sure that you want to hit the weights yet we’ll
save it for lesson 7 and for now we’ll recommend you reduce your
calorie intake by using a meal replacement that still satisfies yet
reduces your calories enough to force your existing system to begin
the fat burning process.

You can kind of think of this as a primer… lower your calories
using “Formula 1″ for about 3 weeks and begin stretching and walking.

This is how our other members have eased into a strong workout routine.

And as always, if you don’t like it you can always contact us
to return it and “Childish Energy” will eat the cost sending
you an additional 10%. We are so confident you will be happy with
“Formula 1″ We Will Refund Your Cost 110%.
(Your Cost for the product + The cost of Shipping + 10% goes to you
if you don’t like it.)

The single most effective secret to losing weight is often
the hardest for most to see. The likelihood of you knowing
what the secret is but ignoring it is very high.

Are you hoping there is a faster easier way to lose the weight
you want? If so you are likely missing the most powerful secret
to weight loss there is.

A Quick Note:
– We don’t have a product recommendation for this. Well not a
specific one.

To make a change it is recommended that you start paying attention
to things that encourage you to think clearly and reasonably
about your weight loss.

www.childishenergy.com sponsors competitions and other community
weight loss activities. We recommend you participate on our web site.

Finding encouragement by reading books by authors who provide
useful information to help you lose weight.

Reading Books by Authors Like Bill Phillips is a great place to
start:

Body for Life: 12 Weeks to Mental and Physical Strength.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0060193395?ie=UTF8&tag=jfgrissom-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=0060193395

To keep inspired seek out motivational speakers/authors like
Jack Canfield, Tony Robbins, and Timothy Ferriss. These people
inspire through spoken and written word. They make perfect companions
during your cardio workout.

Here is a great book (it is available in audio too) from
Zig Ziglar that discusses goals and weight loss.
It is a little older but still relevant.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0743537262?ie=UTF8&tag=wwwchildishen-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=0743537262

Make it a point to find places with encouraging weight loss
stories. Here is one place we recommend for being inspired.
These are real stories from real people.

http://www.shopherbalife.com/ecm/success/success.jsp?dsext=jfgrissom&category=weight_mgmt

There is nothing for sale there but these are very encouraging to
read about.

– Learn why controlling your environment is so critical to losing weight.

What if you had some “thing” that automatically forced your body to
lose fat?

How valuable would it be if you had a tool that could force you to
lose weight?

What if you had a device that could get you up and out of bed every
day and into the gym?

Would this tool be worth investing in?

If you had a tool that guaranteed 100% that you would lose weight.
Would it be worth your time to focus on using it? Would it be worth
your time spending money on it?

To get the maximum out of any good investment that yields incredible
returns requires money, time, and energy. The tool we recommend is
no exception to this rule, but you already own it. To become more
than you are now… More than you ever dreamed about… You need only
invest into it.

You already own the tool that guarantees your weight loss success.

That tool is your state of mind… the way you think.

I know, this sounds like a bunch of non-sense but think about it
for a minute.

Your mind is the tool that will allow you to control your destiny. If
you are fat or lean it is because you have allowed your brain to make
that outcome happen.

Up to now, your thinking (or stinkin’ thinkin’) has held you back from
reaching and getting the things you want in life.

If you don’t believe you can lose weight on your own, would it be
possible to drop the pounds you have been trying to lose? Absolutely
not… you won’t lose the weight you want to because you have to first
believe it is possible.

Nobody acts on things they don’t believe in, at least not for long
anyway. And to lose weight you must act. You must move.
You must breath deeply. And, you must feel good doing it
or it won’t last.

Proper thinking is the secret foundation of your weight loss program.

If you aren’t seeing the weight loss results you want, it could be
because you are acting from the premise that something other than
consistency and self discipline will make you lose weight. Like a
diet pill, drugs, or some other type of short lived weight loss tool.

This is the reason you haven’t lost the weight you have always wanted
to lose. In order to begin this process of permanent weight loss you
must accept this idea as the truth and begin approaching everything
from that paradigm.

You see the only thing that will force you to lose weight is YOU.

No amount of protein shakes, diet products, or proper eating will do
anything for you until you come to a few conclusions…

Nobody can lose your weight for you and no “thing” will work until you
make losing weight the highest priority in your life. Or at least one of
the highest priorities in your life.

– That means losing weight is more important than eating out and
socializing. When your friends or loved ones invite you to eat
food you know is bad, pay attention to what you’re eating.
Control it, or it will control you.

– Your weight loss is more important than being embarrassed.
When you feel uncomfortable jogging or at the gym, or in a swim
suit. Don’t allow yourself to feel victimized by it! Instead do something
about it! Workout and get your body moving and breathing.

– It is more important than feeling good in the moment.
If you are depressed, feeling down, or feel like you need to eat
to feel better remember this is the path to feeling worse later.
Don’t sacrifice what you “really want” for what you “want right now”.

– Your fat loss is more important than work.
Yes… you heard that right. Make time at work to drink water
correct, eat correctly, take your supplements. In the end you will
feel better and therefore perform better at work.

– Your Weight loss program is more important that friends. If your
friends are true they will understand that you want to change and
if you tell them they should understand. If they don’t understand
get new friends.

– Losing Weight has to be more important than muscle aches. If you feel
sore or ache after working out it means you are getting stronger.
Your tolerance for pain will increase, a as you work out. Don’t
go out and hurt yourself but be aware that real change comes
from aggressively working hard.

Being lean, strong and full of energy has to be something you crave
more than eating poor quality food, sleeping, or money.

Healthy strong and alive are reserved for the people who consciously
attack these things and force them to their will. When you make a
decision everyday to be faithful to what you really want. You will
have it…

When you are in a moment of weakness you must make the decision to
be lean strong and alive. Don’t trade what you really want for what
you want right now (Yes, I meant to say this two times in this email to you).

When you are tempted to sleep instead of workout or eat a meal that is
unhealthy rather than something healthy catch yourself and remember
who you want to be.

Losing weight is really about becoming a stronger person, in every
sense.

– Your body must become physically stronger to lose weight.
– Your mind must become stronger to resist the temptations of junk food.
– Your spirit (the things that motivate you) must become stronger to
keep you on the right path.

How do you go about changing your mindset?
One of the easiest ways is to do the opposite of what you want in a
moment of weakness.

– If you don’t feel like taking your supplements, be 100% sure to take them.
– If you want to eat a Twinkie, make 100% sure you don’t.
– If you want to sleep in rather than workout, get your ass up and get going
(trick yourself if you have too).

Here are some times when you are likely to feel at your weakest:

– When you wake up in the morning it is hard. You just want to sleep.

To beat this, do the following:
– Think about things to look forward to before you go to bed
the night before.

– Be sure to get to bed early enough to get the rest you need
for the day.

– Set up your alarm far enough away from your bed so you have to
physically get up to shut it off.

– Get your workout clothing ready before you go to bed and
have it near your alarm.

– Kick any nightly visitors out at a decent hour so you can rest.

– Become obsessed with getting to bed on time, so you feel good
when you wake up the next day.

– Pat yourself on the back when you get up early and make it to
the gym. You should be proud that you got to the gym, most people
just don’t do it.

– When you haven’t had a chance to eat and you are looking for
something convenient to eat. Understand that in that moment you are
weak.

To beat this you have to pay attention to how you eat:
– Make sure to plan your meals and stick to your planned schedule
(You should be eating something light about every 3 hours.
We have shakes and snacks we use and recommend for tight schedules.)

– If you have missed a meal don’t allow your animal instincts to
take over. Try your hardest not to fall into the trap of being
irritable or grumpy. Just find healthy food to snack on.

– Drink a large amount of water (16 ounces or more) to slow your
hunger down.

– Try to keep your carbohydrate intake to lower amounts. When your
body uses up the sugars in your stomach it craves more. Take
it easy on the low quality carbohydrates and focus on foods
that will sustain you through the day.

A good book on this is here – http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001L5T2F2?ie=UTF8&tag=wwwchildishen-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B001L5T2F2

– Snack on unsalted nuts higher in natural fats. (Almonds,
Walnuts, Hazel Nuts, Macadamia nuts, etc… etc…) The fats
will satiate you quickly and you won’t feel hungry.

– When you think, “I can’t do that.” – Or- “I don’t have time for that.”
Understand you are in a weakened state.

To beat this “defeated attitude” first, recognize it:
– Every person has exactly 24 hours in the day. If someone else
can make time you can too. It is that simple. Be strong and
force the time by pushing other things away if you have to.
(Make this more important than anything that gets in the way.)

– Remember your circumstances are not an excuse. You have to
make the time. You have to tell yourself you can do it.

– When you think you can’t what you’re really saying is “it is
not that important to me.”

– When you feel overwhelmed.

To beat this you have to slow down and think about what is
happening:

– Feeling overwhelmed causes you to over eat or look for relief
in food. (We have all heard the term “comfort food”.) Stay
alert when you are thinking about overeating because of this.

– Don’t allow yourself to become overwhelmed. Instead control
the environment. Make people get in line to talk to you.

– Take things one step at a time. Be patient and don’t try to
do everything all at once.

Your state of mind is all that stands between you and your perfect
body. Keep your mind as clear as possible and control what is reasonable
to ensure you lose the weight you want.

– In the next lesson we will talk about how powerful fat loss is rather
that weight loss. We will also give you some ways to fuel your fat
loss efforts.

Have an awesome day,
Erick

PS:
To help you keep your mind clear and to stay alert we recommend a
great product to help you focus.

We have a supplement called N-R-G that is raw Guarana tablets. Guarana
is known for its ability to create a sense of alertness. The primary
stimulant in it is Guaranine which helps the mind focus. It also has a
tiny bit of naturally occurring caffeine in it.

Ideally this is meant to help you keep you head clear and think straight
at times when you are feeling weak so be sure to add these into your
regular supplement plan.

If you don’t like it you can always contact us
to return it and “Childish Energy” will eat the cost sending
you an additional 10%. We are so confident you will be happy with

Have you ever started a diet or lifestyle change only to quit
because you didn’t feel well doing it?

– A Quick Note:

If you are in a rush and just need a product that will help
create a “sense of well being” and just generally keep you
feeling happy and positive all day long. We have a good
product we recommend called Cell-Activator.

You can get it here – http://www.shopherbalife.com/catalog/catalog.jsp?dsext=jfgrissom&pid=593661&cid=1155172486111

– Information to help you avoid a failed weight
loss plan because of feeling horrible.

To avoid a failed weight loss program of any kind, it is really
important to understand what you will feel like when you change
your diet and exercise habits.

You generally feel like crap because of a condition called retracement.

Retracement occurs when you replace a poor diet
with better nutrition, and your body start shoveling the old out to make
room for the new. Being aware of this concept will help you
continue on your weight loss plan and lifestyle change.

We are going to help you know what to anticipate. This will
better prepare you. Overcoming the obstacles that will
get in your way, is a serious part of your weight loss program.

In short, weight loss happens very quickly when you rid your body
of toxins. But to do that, you need to make changes… and the
changes often result in not feeling as great as you would expect.
Don’t worry, this is temporary.

When you act on the two previous lessons we have sent, you will no
doubt be having some interesting experiences.

While your brain is saying YesYesYes I need to do this…

Your body may be saying NoNoNo I don’t want to do it…

Here’s what is happening on a mental, physical, and molecular level.

You have made a decision to lose weight. To find your childish
energy. That simple act of making a choice will have you beaming.
You know that you are making a change for the better and that in
itself makes you feel good.

You will have to make a choice every time you are tempted to fall
into old habits of physical inactivity or eating. Thankfully, these
temptations are easy to overcome when you take them inch by inch.

Just choose your path. Either be comfortable in your old habits
that have prevented you from feeling and looking the way you want
to look, or trade the old habits for new ones and break out of your
unproductive comfort mode.

Rather than stressing yourself out thinking about all the things you
will have to do to make this happen, just take action. Do each task
we recommend consistently and Sha-Zam…You feel better very
quickly.

You might think that this is enough to keep you going, but there
are some obstacles that you will be faced with. Yes the mind is
powerful, but the body is going to put up a good fight.

It is very important to understand the changes your body will go
through as you begin changing your habits. Once you have begun
consuming enough water and eating better quality foods, your body
will begin filtering out toxins, chemicals and pollutants from your
body.

Before these toxins are removed from your system, they will be
transported from your cells to your blood stream. Once they are in
your blood stream they will again circulate through your body and
your brain on the way to your kidneys and liver where they will be
eliminated completely.

All this stirring up and dissolving of these unwanted chemicals
will course through…. YOU. Your body is going through a
detoxification. All the sludge and pollutants that your cells are
comprised of will start moving through your system.

Why would we tell you about these negative side
effects? If you can recognize the symptoms, you can determine
that they are positive effects of your new lifestyle.

– You may get headaches.
– You may be tired or feel weak in the gym.
– Your skin may breakout.
– You may be nervous or irritable.
– You might use the bathroom frequently.

These negative effects will go away within a few days.
But don’t get it in your head that these symptoms will happen to
you, because many people don’t experience them at all. If you do
have these experiences, they are temporary and will subside quickly.

When you know you are doing the right things for your body, you may
expect immediate gratification. Not so. It takes time. Any adverse
reaction should be expected and are positive signs that you and
your body are doing the right things.

Now is the time to stay with it…… and drink lots of water. The
water will help you to process and eliminate these toxins. You may
ask yourself “If I’m doing all of these positive things for myself,
then why do I feel lousy?” That lousy feeling is your body healing
itself.

Your body is smart. It knows what to do. It wants to heal itself.
This is evident from cuts and scrapes, to colds and fevers, to
bruises and swelling. You don’t mentally think to yourself “Ooh
I’ve got a paper cut, let me generate some skin cells on my index
finger and fix it.” No, your body is self curing by nature.

Your body will fix itself when given the right tools. If all you
give it is junk, you will be made of just that…..JUNK. But when
you give your body plenty of nutrients through quality foods, your
body will “automagically” discard the inferior cells and rebuild
them with the better ingredients that you have provided it.

Your body will give itself a house cleaning. This is retracement.
It is a sure sign that you have made the right choice. Stay with
it. Don’t suppress any unexpected feelings with medications, pain
relievers, or worse, junk foods.

Deal with the symptoms. They will pass within a few days. And
remember, all the while, you will be losing weight. This is why
weight loss is so rapid in the beginning. Your body eliminates fats
and toxins faster than it can rebuild new cells.

Now as your body begins to rebuild itself, it won’t be building
fatty tissues for protective purposes. You will be built leaner,
stronger, and healthier just like a kid. You will be made of fresh
clean cells that burn calories to help them stay healthy and
energized.

You are on your way. You will feel younger every day and your
energy will begin to soar as you free yourself from the toxins that
have been slowing you down.

Get excited because it keeps getting better and better from here.

Have An Awesome Day
Erick

PS:
The product we recommend to jump start and maintain
detoxification is called “Cell Activator”.

It has some properties that really help you to feel
Positive and in high spirits.

One Ingredient in this product is called pycnogenol.
Pycnogenol’s beneficial effects on the body range
from helping cardiovascular health, skincare,
cognitive function, diabetes health, inflammation,
sports nutrition, asthma/allergy relief and
menstrual disorders, among others.

Additionally it makes you feel positive because it
contains a substance called Inositol. Inositol is
key to feeling normal. (People who are clinically
depressed generally lack this in their system.)

Another reason to take it is because it has a powerful
naturally forming detoxifier known as Chlorella in it.
This helps you to cleanse your system even faster than
water and other anti-oxidants alone.

There are many good reasons to take this but in the end
It just makes you feel good, and for most that is
good enough.

If you don’t like it you can always contact us
to return it and “Childish Energy” will eat the cost sending
you an additional 10%. We are so confident you will be happy with
“Cell Activator”
We Will Refund Your Cost 110%.
(Your Cost for the product + The cost of Shipping + 10% goes to you
if you don’t like it.)

You can get it here – http://www.shopherbalife.com/catalog/catalog.jsp?dsext=jfgrissom&pid=593661&cid=1155172486111

Also, we have had personal experiences with this product related to
depression in people we know. This isn’t a cure for depression but
there is anecdotal evidence from our own use that this helps to
manage depression.

Create peak energy all day long by learning how to correctly use
and benefit from caffeine’s weight loss and energy creating effects.

– A Quick Note:
Before we describe why caffeine is so important to your weight loss program:
We recommend using a product called “Total Control” when it isn’t
convenient to drink tea or coffee.

Get it here – http://www.shopherbalife.com/catalog/catalog.jsp?dsext=jfgrissom&pid=921832&cid=1155255199481

– Information to help you keep your energy levels at their peak all day.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Drink coffee in the morning
and throughout the day. When it isn’t convenient to drink coffee or
tea use a caffeine supplement.

That’s right, your morning cup of coffee is great for helping you
lose weight and finding your childish energy. The antioxidants in
coffee itself and the added energy boost of caffeine are just what
you need to get your day off to a jump start.

And, continuing to regulate your intake of caffeine throughout your
day will keep you energized, focused, and help your body burn calories
and dissolve the toxins that prevent you from losing weight.

Your Schedule for taking caffeine should look like this:
– 100mg (about a cup of coffee) first thing in the morning along
side 8 ounces of water (before your workout).

– 100mg with breakfast (about an hour after your workout).

– 100mg with lunch.

– 100mg with a mid afternoon snack.

WARNING: Be sure to stop taking caffeine products about 6 hours before
bed time. We DO NOT recommend caffeine with your dinner. Until you
get into a pattern it will be hard to sleep if you take caffeine too
late in the day.

– So Why Is Caffeine So Important To Reach Your Weight Loss Goals?

Caffeine stimulates your central nervous system, or more aptly, your
brain. It is an ergogenic aid which means it has a positive effect
on physical and mental performance.

Caffeine reduces the sensation of being tired by counteracting the
effects of adenosine on your brain. Adenosine is created by stress,
exertion, or burning calories. This is the stuff that makes your
head feel foggy and your body feel tired.

Adenosine levels rise in your body throughout the course of your day
and they tell your brain when it should be tired, even if it’s
inconvenient for you. Through caffeine consumption you can postpone
the effects of these chemicals that make you tired and you can maintain
energy as well as focus.

Rather than slogging through your day, wouldn’t you prefer to have
an awesome gym workout followed by a productive day at work
and finish with tons of energy to spend with family and friends.
When it’s time for bed, be assured that you’ll be ready for your
well deserved rest and you’ll sleep as sound as a child does.

Your workouts will be better too. Science again reveals that this
little chemical that makes you feel so alert and energized will affect
your workouts. Using caffeine prior to your workout, whether it be in
the morning or at lunch or after work, will crank up the productivity
of your efforts.

Studies show that consuming caffeine pre-workout will enable your body
to increase the endurance and intensity of your exercises. Increased
intensity translates into more fat being burned, more muscles being
built, and an overall boost to your metabolism. Your body will begin
to elevate it’s metabolism to repair and maintain the muscle being
produced from your more efficient workouts.

And, the good news doesn’t end there. Caffeine has another neat little
trick up it’s sleeve. It is a diuretic. It helps your body to expel
water. In a previous email you learned about drinking plenty of water
and how it affects your weight loss efforts.

Remember that water helps your body eliminate the toxic chemicals that
fat cells are trying to protect us against. Get rid of the toxins and
the fat comes off more easily.

Now you have two forces at work. Your body will absorb the
fresh water that you drink and caffeine will push out the contaminated
water in your cells. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

As you do this all day everyday, your body will start to get in sync
and begin using these two vehicles (Caffeine and Water) to cleanse
itself regularly. A clean body is a lean body, because your body
doesn’t need store fat in order to jail toxins.

This use of caffeine and water is the beginning of many synergies we
will help you create to turn your body into a fat burning machine.

So what other benefits come along with coffee or tea? A cup of coffee
or tea is rich in antioxidants. While oxygen is vital in our lives,
it also plays a role in decomposition. Iron + Oxygen = Rust. That
should give you an idea of the corrosive effect that oxygen can have.

Don’t worry, your liver is more than capable of dealing with this
natural process. However, the oxidation of your cells and the toxins
in your body result in free radicals which can build up over a lifetime
if your liver isn’t functioning at its full capacity.

No scare tactics intended here, just facts. An excess of free radicals
causes aging, cancer, Parkinson’s disease and a host of other things
that you don’t want. Antioxidants are available to you in the fruits
and vegetables that you eat and the coffee that you drink.

A diet rich in antioxidants helps neutralize these free radicals and
allows that amazing liver of ours to do the detoxifying and fat
processing job that it is supposed to.

During yesterdays email it discussed the power of your liver and how
it too helps you lose weight by removing toxins. Take a look at it again
if you’re not understanding this connection.

– How Much Caffeine Do You Need And Where Do You Get It?

You can find caffeine everywhere. Coffee, tea, soda, chocolate, and
energy drinks are all sources of caffeine.

But You Are Looking For Clean Sources Of Caffeine that don’t add
any of the excess substances that you are trying to rid your body
of in the first place. IE fat, sugars, and the myriad of chemicals
and preservatives that are in almost everything we eat that comes
in a wrapper.

A cup of coffee with soy milk is great. Black and green teas are a
great source as well. We recommend a few products that a have a
moderate dose of caffeine. “Herbal Concentrate”, “Total Control”, and
Lift-off are products that you can take daily to help your body
maintain a racing pace all day long.

Never over do it, because too much caffeine at once (At once is the key here)
can make you feel nervous, anxious or jittery. It also creates unnecessary tension.

You Need To Know Your Body, and if you don’t, get to know it… start
really thinking about how you feel so you can measure the effect that
caffeine is having on you.

When you “slow dose” throughout the course of the day and consume
between 100-200 milligrams (an average cup of coffee contains between
80-240 mg) every 4-5 hours, you will cruise at 80 MPH all the time.
You don’t race around. You just move a little faster than everyone
else when they are at highway driving speeds.

Caffeine is the kick you need to get you going and keep you going.
Caffeine in the morning gets you up and into the gym which builds
your energy for the day. Now you have the endorphins from your workout
coupled with wise caffeine consumption, and good watering habits,
to propel you through your day.

Think again about the synergy we are helping you to create. These three
items below are the first items we will share with you to increase your
sense of well-being.

– Prevent fat from building because it is storing toxins. Move waste
out of you body quickly by drinking water plenty of water throughout
the day.

– Keep your energy levels high all day by using caffeine in small doses
throughout your day.

– Create a sense of well-being and make your energy begin to soar by
working out in the morning. Working out is one way to release

– Information to help you lose weight fast.

Drinking enough water is critical to losing weight and keeping it
off. It’s so simple that it often times becomes overlooked in it’s
abilities to help you lose weight. This guide will take you through
the reasons, the effects, and the benefits of increasing your daily
intake of water.

Take the first step that will turn your body into a lean mean
childish energy machine. I’m certain you drink water in some
capacity whether it be from coffee, juice, or soda. Switch out
those nutrient lacking sugary fillers and just focus on water
when you are thirsty.

To begin losing weight quickly you must increase you body’s ability
to eliminate toxins. Simply stated, a healthy flow of water through
your body helps your kidneys keep toxins moving quickly out
of your system.

In order for your kidneys to properly function, they
need a vehicle with which to eliminate waste.

That vehicle is water.

So the first thing to understand and focus on is
is how water affects biological functions to help you burn
off the fat you hate.

When given the proper amount of water,
your body will naturally begin to eliminate excess water, waste,
toxins, and fat. You now become a well oiled machine.
Compare it to changing the oil in your car. Clean oil moves through
your engine much easier and more fluidly than old sludge laden oil.

The same goes for the body. Toxins and waste in your body
are just like that sludge in an engine.

So how did your body get to the point where, no matter how hard
you try, you simply can’t seem to lose weight?

Here is one way that happens:

If you don’t provide your kidneys with enough water to filter out
the waste in your system, they have a reliable ally to help with
the waste removal process. That’s where your liver comes into play.

Your liver will begin to assist your kidneys in processing excess waste.
However, this comes at a price. You are now relying on your liver to do two
jobs. By helping the kidneys, your liver is now unable to work at
its maximum capacity.

Your liver has two primary concerns. It aids in proper digestion and
it metabolizes stored fat to use as energy for the body.

If your liver is helping your kidneys process waste, it cannot fully
process the fat and the foods we eat.

That means that energy levels fall and fat stays in the body.

Double Whammy!

Here’s the “Fat Catch 22″. Fat has an important role in your body.
It helps to process some fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) and
also provides energy when processed properly by the liver. However,
fat is also an insulator. When toxic or chemical substances reach
unsafe levels in your body, your body will store those unwanted
chemicals in new fat cells.

Drinking enough water will alleviate the strain put on your liver,
allow your kidneys to work properly, and flush out the chemicals
that we involuntarily put into our body. These chemicals are
absorbed into the body through digestion, absorption, and
breathing.

Toxins that end up in your body come from a variety of sources
that you may not suspect. Chocolate, salt, synthetic preservatives,
alcohol, nicotine, cosmetics, lotions, and even the pollution in the air.

We are invaded by toxins daily and your body is amazing enough to
defend against them. The least we can do is give our body what it
needs to fight back.

Water will also help you get rid of that bloated feeling.
Water retention is another misunderstood problem. It is a common
misnomer that the more water you drink, the more water you will retain.

Not true. If you don’t drink enough water, your body will hold onto
as much water as it can making you feel fat and bloated.

This is your body’s natural survival instincts at work. But, if you give
your body the water that it needs, it begins to realize that more
water will soon be arriving and it is unnecessary to hold onto the
excess.

This is the equivalent of your body going into starvation mode.
When you don’t feed your body enough, rather than processing the
food you eat, your body converts the food to fat to be used at a later
time. This slows your metabolic rate and your body doesn’t process
the food, but instead stores it away in fat cells. Your body does
the same thing with water.

You can experience more energy and force your metabolism to keep
on moving, and looking for more sources of energy, when you get it to
start attacking the fat. You force your body to start attacking fat
when you consciously put better foods and more water into your body.

Here is what happens during weight loss:
Your metabolism heats up and your body starts processing your
food rather than storing it.

You immediately feel better because you know that you are
helping your body fight the fat battle. You are enabling
your body to do this by providing water and nutrient rich foods.

The stored fat is now being processed, and the water you provide
is the highway that gets fat and toxins out of your body.
In comes nature’s solvent (water) to flush out the fat and
the waste that you don’t need.

So how much water should you drink?

64 ounces of water is recommended as a daily minimum. That’s eight
glasses containing 8 ounces. If you are overweight, you should
increase this amount by one glass for every 25 pounds of excess
weight that you carry. If you are exercising regularly, you should
drink be drinking up to a gallon a day.

If this seems impossible, think about this. Have you noticed how
soda sizes at fast food restaurants have changed? I’m sure you
have seen this. I’m 32 years old and I remember it well. A large
soda used to be 16 ounces. Now, when you order a large soda
you get a 32 or 44 ounce cup.

That’s a quart. Or a quarter of a gallon. I have no problem
knocking this back with my burger. We have been conditioned to
consume more. Think “Super Big Gulp” at 7-11. If you can drink that
before the ice melts, then you can drink a gallon of water in a day easily.

Try this water drinking plan.

Morning: One quart (32 oz) consumed over 30 minutes
Noon: One quart consumed over 30 minutes
Evening: One quart consumed between 5-8pm

That’s 3 quarters of a gallon. Now you add water to each of your
meals, rather than sodas or tea or whatever, and that further
increases your intake. If you eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day and
drink 8 ounces with each of these, you have added another 48 ounces
to your health.

And all that water has another benefit. It makes you feel full and
you eat less. Water has a satiating effect. You feel satisfied and
fuller before you over eat. It actually makes dieting easier and
more effective.

Try it for a week and see for yourself. Your body will begin to
process fat efficiently. You will shed retained water and get rid
of the bloated feeling that shows up as excess weight. This is
called the “breakthrough point”. The point when your kidneys and
liver start functioning efficiently and you find yourself losing
weight and having noticeably more energy.

Drink up and experience that breakthrough. I guarantee that you’ll
be happy you did. I know this will help you to find your childish energy.

– In the next lesson we will talk about what you need to do to keep
your energy levels at their peak all day long.

Have an awesome day,
Erick

PS:
You will find that really starting to “feel” the difference that
having enough water in your system will take about a week to two
weeks depending on how closely you follow good water drinking
patterns.

If you want to get a “jump start” on feeling more energy quickly
we have a recommendation.

To create some really explosive energy anytime you need it, we
recommend you try a product called Lift-Off.

You can get it here – http://www.shopherbalife.com/catalog/catalog.jsp?dsext=jfgrissom&pid=140552&cid=792842

It comes in a fun tablet that bubbles when you put it in your water.
But it isn’t all fun and games, we have to warn you…
THIS STUFF WILL MAKE YOU FEEL EAGER AND ALIVE,
making it almost Impossible To Stay Unfocused Or Be Lazy.

Don’t take this if you want to rest or lay around the house…
If you do you will find yourself in the gym before you know what
happened!

– Here is how it works.

This isn’t an energy drink like many of the store bought products
you see. IT IS TRULY DIFFERENT. Many people choose to enhance their
energy with drinks like Red Bull, Rock Star, or Monster. If you
drink these kinds of drinks and realize THEY DON’T REALLY WORK to
give you lasting energy, you are very likely to feel amazing
when you take Lift-Off.

– Here is the cost

Where I live drinks like Monster, Rock Star, and Red Bull cost any
where from $2.00 to $3.50. So drinking Lift-Off actually saves me
money because it costs about $1.59 per dose. It also ends up being
more convenient because it comes in a package you can carry with
you in your pocket if needed.

If you don’t like it you can always contact us to return it and
“Childish Energy” will eat the cost sending you an additional 10%.
We are so confident you will be happy with Lift-Off We Will Refund
Your Cost 110%.
(Your Cost for the product + The cost of Shipping + 10% goes to you
if you don’t like it.)

You can buy it in 10 packs or 30 packs.

Think about it this way. If You Could Increase your Energy by 100%
Right Now Would It Be Worth $1.59?

– Use this to “Kick Start” Your Workouts Until You Are In Steady Workout Routine.

Some have said they feel like a race car revving at the opening
of the indy 500 after they take this stuff. Others say they feel
more alive than they have felt in years.

Feel amazing anytime you want, for less than products like
Rock Star, Monster, Or Red Bull.
