to eliminate toxins. Simply stated, a healthy flow of water through
your body helps your kidneys keep toxins moving quickly out

In order for your kidneys to properly function, they
need a vehicle with which to eliminate waste.
That vehicle is water.
So the first thing to understand and focus on is
is how water affects biological functions to help you burn
off the fat you hate.
When given the proper amount of water,
your body will naturally begin to eliminate excess water, waste,
toxins, and fat. You now become a well oiled machine.
Compare it to changing the oil in your car. Clean oil moves through
your engine much easier and more fluidly than old sludge laden oil.

Here is what happens during weight loss:
Your metabolism heats up and your body starts processing your
food rather than storing it.
You immediately feel better because you know that you are
helping your body fight the fat battle. You are enabling
your body to do this by providing water and nutrient rich foods.
The stored fat is now being processed, and the water you provide
is the highway that gets fat and toxins out of your body.

So how much water should you drink?
64 ounces of water is recommended as a daily minimum. That’s eight
glasses containing 8 ounces. If you are overweight, you should
increase this amount by one glass for every 25 pounds of excess
weight that you carry. If you are exercising regularly, you should
drink be drinking up to a gallon a day.
If this seems impossible, think about this. Have you noticed how
soda sizes at fast food restaurants have changed? I’m sure you
have seen this. I’m 32 years old and I remember it well. A large
soda used to be 16 ounces. Now, when you order a large soda
you get a 32 or 44 ounce cup.
That’s a quart. Or a quarter of a gallon. I have no problem
knocking this back with my burger. We have been conditioned to
consume more. Think “Super Big Gulp” at 7-11. If you can drink that
before the ice melts, then you can drink a gallon of water in a day easily.
Try this water drinking plan.
Morning: One quart (32 oz) consumed over 30 minutes
Noon: One quart consumed over 30 minutes
Evening: One quart consumed between 5-8pm
That’s 3 quarters of a gallon. Now you add water to each of your
meals, rather than sodas or tea or whatever, and that further
increases your intake. If you eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day and

to your health.

you eat less. Water has a satiating effect. You feel satisfied and
