Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 11 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.
Oh god… I can’t move…
LOL…
Wow I’m really hurting today… and the only cure is to get to the gym and move (600 milligrams of advil helps too hehe).
My workout today was to run. Honestly I felt pretty crumby before I got to the gym. So I ran and at 20 minutes I decided to run some more… and at 40 minutes I ran even more.
I felt like Forest Gump… It was good… the first 20 was absolutely brutal… but once my blood started to flow and I was worried about he burning in my legs… the burning in my arms and chest didn’t seem to matter any more… hehe
So I feel a bit tired today and will be increasing my caffeine intake for the day. And I’ll pop a few more advil later for the soreness.
