Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 17 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.
Resting… Ah rest day…
I understand to lose weight you have rest but here is the one thing I don’ t like about my rest days.
My sinuses are nothing like they were 30 pounds ago but my and my head feel a bit stuffy when I don’t workout.
If I don’t workout, for most of the day, I feel like something is missing.
I found that doing some deep breathing (even without a workout) really helps to change your mood and force your sinuses to open up.
I literally did 10 minutes of deep breathing exercise in the car on the way to work. I figured nobody could see me and it did wonders to oxygenate my system.
By the time I got to work my head was clearer, my sinuses were a little more open (not like they are with a workout but still better than nothing.)
So in the end my day felt energized even though I didn’t hit the gym… I certainly think I would have felt better if I had hit the gym but rest is critical to losing fat.
