Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 19 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.
On Friday to lose weight and try to kick up my fat loss I worked perticularly hard on my cardio by running for an hour and spent 15 minutes in the sauna. (I felt a little sick doing this, BTW)
After an hour of running and 15 minutes in the sauna I just felt spent… it was really going to be hard to continue my day working after this… I might have over done it.
But I refueled my body by increasing my carb intake first thing with a bowl of oatmeal a protein shake with about 20 grams of protein and then I took a 30 minute powernap.
Talk about spending the rest of your day on fire… This was the right thing to do to re-energize my glycogen levels after the cardio and sauna burned it all out of my system.
I powered through the rest of my day after that… following my regular water, caffeine, meal, supplements schedule.
Man I’m feeling amazing every day.
