Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 3 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.
So the most amazing thing happened to me with yesterday’s workout.
I fell asleep a little early around 8PM (normally I crash around 9 to 9:30). And when I woke up I felt refreshed and amazing… So I rolled out of bed and gave my wife a hug and a kiss to get started for the day.
With my morning 20 ounces of water (at least 10 is recommended) I drink a product called lift-off (it is a product who’s name implies its purpose) immediately when I get out of bed. So today was like no different and I did just that. But “Houston we have a problem”.
I didn’t realize when I woke that it was midnight. So now I had this lift-off pumping through me I felt rested and I was up and ready to go… So that is what I did.
I got tons of stuff done (quietly) through the middle of the night while my wife was sleeping. AND, I went to the gym and work without missing a beat.

10 Minutes on the Elliptical
10 Minutes on the Stationary Cycle.
20 Minutes on the Heavy Bag.
