Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 5 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.
Day 5 of the workout was not to workout… it was too rest. This is part of the free weight loss program that we introduce on our main page.
One thing to remember is that it is critical to give your body time to repair so my day 5 was rest.
I slept it (I woke at 6:30 instead of 4:30) and the extra 2 hours was awesome!. I moved at a leisurely pace all day.
Once you have gotten into a good workout pattern, it is interesting on your rest days… You tend to feel like something is missing…
In the past I have gone and done some light cardio and that makes you feel correct but it isn’t the same as an intense workout.
My workout on day 5:
Slept in and took the day with a casual attitude.
I still felt pretty remarkable all day.
