Weight Loss Workout Log – Day 4 of my 2nd 90 day Cycle.
So last night my wife cooked a mad meal and I ate pretty heavy. It happens…
If it happens to you don’t beat yourself up over it. Just make sure you get into the gym.
Today’s workout – Legs:
3 Sets of 12 on the squat rack (270lbs, 360lbs, 450lbs).
3 Sets of 12 Dead lifts (70lbs, 90lbs, 110lbs).
3 Sets of 12 On the Glut and Hams Machines (This is that one that locks you in at the hips and ankles. You face down at about a 45 degree angle, then you bend over to about a 90 degree. It hits your butt and the back of your legs really well).
3 Sets of 12 Hamstring curls (55lbs, 65lbs, 85lbs).
I’m feeling pretty tired today, but it isn’t an irritable or downtrodden kind of tired, it feels like a “I need more sleep” kind of tired. I could be from staying up for almost 24 hours yesterday, without missing my workout.
I’ll get it tonight for sure. =)
